- 13:15 MST: Changed marker colors on MIDC home page map such that active stations are red and inactive stations are gray. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:56 MST: BMS Data has been corrected for November 3, 2025 News item and Data Quality Statements (DQS) have been corrected for all affected. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:41 MST: Network maintenance will be performed at SRRL from 4:30 to 6:00 MST on Wednesday, November 5th. Data from SRRL BMS (and any other ancillary SRRL data) will not update during that time. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:20 MST: The UPS batteries for the BMS Solar Trackers were replaced at 13:25 MST. Unfortunately what was an overcast day became partly cloudy day and about 13 minutes of direct and diffuse data was lost. It will be reconstructed later this week. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:25 MST: Data collection from SolarTAC has been down since October 29, 2025 @ 14:56 MST due to an Xcel power issue. -Afshin Andreas
- 17:17 MST: The SRRL BMS Global 90-N/E/S/W PSP and LI-200 Sensors were replaced with sensors calibrated in BORCAL 2024-06 between 10:33 and 11:05 MST today. Logger was updated with new factors at 11:04 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:10 MST: August 2025 through September 2025 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:49 MST: The SRRL building has been experiencing random network interruptions since Thursday last week (lasts a few minutes). SRRL BMS data (and other data sets at SRRL) will not update during these times. Problem unknown at this time -Afshin Andreas
- 10:50 MST: SRRL BMS Radiometer Tower (and PV Study 1-Axis/2-Axis) CR3000 data logger batteries were replaced on Oct 14. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:48 MST: July 2025 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS were generated on September 3. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:30 MST: SRRL BMS Radiometer Tower CR3000 defective batteries were removed so that Atmospheric Electric Field and Snow Depth operation would resume. New batteries will be installed in early October. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:32 MST: SRRL BMS Atmospheric Electric Field and Snow Depth are down due to defective CR3000 data logger battery at radiometer tower since Sept 21. Battery will be replaced when possible. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:12 MST: All SRRL BMS upwelling pyranometers and upwelling pyrgeometers (PIR, CG3, CM3, LI200, CMP11) were swapped out between approx. 12:24 and 12:40 MST today with instruments calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-02 and LW 2025-02. No pyrgeometer data loss occurred because automatic substitution was enabled with pyrgeometer that were not being swapped at that particular moment. Logger was updated with new factors 12:29 MST (PIR) and 12:41 MST (CG3, CM3, LI200, CMP11). -Afshin Andreas
- 12:51 MST: All SRRL BMS diffuse pyranometers and downwelling pyrgeometers (CM22 #2, PIR, CM22 #1, SR25, CGR4) were swapped out between approx. 11:17 and 12:04 MST today with instruments calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-06 and LW 2025-02. No data loss occurred because automatic substitution was enabled with radiometers that were not being swapped at that particular moment. Logger was updated with new factors 11:35 MST (CM22 #2 and PIR) and 12:03 MST (CM22 #1, SR25, CGR4). -Afshin Andreas
- 12:01 MST: The SRRL BMS Diffuse SR20 was swapped out with a radiometer calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-02 at 9:49 MST today (factor updated in logger at the same exact same time). During that time the SR20 was relocated to the South BMS Sci-Tec tracker (replacing the Diffuse 8-48, which was decommissioned at the same time). -Afshin Andreas

- 06:57 MST: The SRRL BMS 40-South pyranometers (CMP22, SPLite2, LI200R) were swapped out yesterday between 11:52-11:58 MST with radiometers calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-09, factors updated in logger @ 11:59 MST yesterday. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:25 MST: May 2025 through June 2025 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:27 MST: Data for 8-48, CM22, sNIP, and CHP1 mentioned in July 19, 2025 news item were repaired yesterday (and DQS created for all 9 radiometers). -Afshin Andreas
- 16:11 MST: The SRRL BMS South Sci-Tec tracker failed on today @ 13:35 MST, this affects the following: Diffuse 8-48, Diffuse CM22 #2, Shaded PIR; Direct MS-57, Direct sNIP, Direct CUVA2, Direct CUVB2, Direct CHP1 #1, Direct TUVR. Substitution at the logger (using redundant sensors) was enabled @ 15:49 MST for 8-48, CM22, sNIP, and CHP1. Earlier data will be repaired later next week. Tracker will be troubleshot early next week. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:32 MST: MIDC will be down (or data may not update) due to power outage from Friday, July 11, at 6 PM until Sunday, July 13, at 9 PM MDT. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:14 MST: Data collection to UO SRML was paused on July 3, 2025 @ 11:02 PST due to an accidental misconfiguration. Collection will hopefully resume this week. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:22 MST: The SRRL BMS 2-Axis pyranometers (CMP22, SPLite2, LI200R) were swapped out today @ approx. 10:46 MST with radiometers calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-06, factors updated in logger @ 10:51 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 18:41 MST: MIDC has been updated to support the revised SR-CEReS netCDF format and data collection has resumed (no data loss). However historical data needs to be re-acquired from SkyNET due to a data processing issue on their end that started on August 11, 2022 which resulted no reported data in the afternoon. -Afshin Andreas
- 18:39 MST: SRRL ASI-16 CDOC cloud processing resumed on May 17, however the clear sky library needs to be regenerated using the "new" camera. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:43 MST: February 2025 through April 2025 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:07 MST: The SRRL BMS 1-Axis pyranometers (CMP22, SPLite2, LI200R) were swapped out today @ approx. 13:34 MST with radiometers calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-02, factors updated in logger @ 13:37 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 21:54 MST: All SRRL BMS Global Horizontal Shortwave Digital Radiometers were calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-02 (via signal patching), this includes: SMP12, SMP11, SR30, and MS-80S. Radiometers were updated with new calibration factors (R@45) at 10:24 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:19 MST: All SRRL BMS Global Horizontal and Direct Normal Shortwave Analog Radiometers were calibrated in BORCAL SW 2025-02 (via signal patching), this includes: CMP22 (vent), CMP22 #1, CMP22 #2, CMP11, CM6b, CM3, SR25, SR20, MS-80, MS-802, MS-410, MS-602, SPP, PSP, GPP, SP-510, TSP-700, SP-Lite2, ML-01, LI-200R, LI-200, SP-110, CHP1 #1, CHP1 #2, sNIP, NIP, DR20, DR02, MS-57, LI-201. Logger was updated with new calibration factors (R@45) at 07:34 MST on 10 May 2025 (07:32 MST for RvsZ for PSP). Digital Radiometers were calibrated but the factors have NOT been updated inside of the radiometers yet. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:35 MST: The SRRL ASI-16 Camera was returned to service on May 5, however CDOC cloud processing is down (only BRBG is available at this time). -Afshin Andreas
- 07:07 MST: MIDC data collection for the SRRL AOD has been put on pause for SR-CEReS format only. SkyNet has revised the data set to conform to the format of ESR-SunRAD and ESR-MRI. Data collection will resume once MIDC has been updated. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:13 MST: The following stations have been added to MIDC:

- 07:46 MST: MIDC Data Collection is down since April 5, 2025 @ 13:12 MST due to network maintenance. Data collection will hopefully resume later today or tomorrow morning. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:55 MST: The SRRL ASI-16 Sky Imager has been removed for maintenance. The older YES TSI-800 camera can be used temporarily. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:45 MST: SolarTAC lost power on March 18, 2025 @ 20:09 MST, data will not update until power is restored. -Afshin Andreas
- 19:55 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Data Lab) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 09:37 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:57 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Sun Edison) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 09:34 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:13 MST: The execution method used for MIDC SPA, SAMPA, and SOLPOS Calculators has been improved for greater efficiency. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:01 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Deck) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor on 3/1/2025 at 07:10 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:15 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Tower) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 14:07 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:27 MST: Communcation has been lost to Flatirons M2 shed on February 18, 2025 at 11:09 MST. Problem is unknown at this time; data will not update until resolved. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:55 MST: December 2024 through January 2025 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
