LICOR LI-2020 AUTOMATIC SOLAR TRACKER
Summary of Setup Instructions

(See Section 3 of the manual for details)

1.  Set North-South alignment.
2.  Set Latitude.
3.  Level the base plate.
4.  Secure the base plate. Recheck Steps 1-3.
5.  Power ON. Wait for lamp to begin flashing (10-20 seconds).
6a. Use the YEAR AXIS switch to point the NIP toward the Summer Solstice marking
    on the year motor plate, and within 0.125 degrees of parallel with the edge
    of the plate.
 b. Press and release the TEST button.
7a. Enter the month count using the YEAR AXIS switch by counting the lamp flashes
 b. Enter the day count using the DAY AXIS switch by counting the lamp flashes.
 c. Press and release the TEST button.
 d. Wait for the NIP to align itself to the proper time of year.
8a. Use the DAY AXIS switch to point the NIP straight down (midnight setting).
 b. Press and release the TEST button.
9.  Use the DAY AXIS switch ( - direction) to align the NIP as best as possible 
    toward the sun.
