- 15:50 MST: Legacy meta-data for SRRL BMS (3 Fixed 40-South Tilt Radiometers only) has been imported into the AIM database -Afshin Andreas
- 14:32 MST: The SRRL BMS Global 40-South Pyranometers (CMP22, LI200R, SPLite2) were swapped out with sensors calibrated in BORCAL SW 2021-02 between 14:02 and 14:10 MST today. Calibration factors were updated in logger program at 14:07 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:05 MST: Yesterday at 17:42 MST, the relay multiplexer on the SRRL BMS radiometer tower had a problem causing the (4) Vertical PSPs to read bogus. By 10:20 MST today, the MUX appeared to bring down all the CR3000 low voltage measurements, affecting all 40-South measurements and all upwelling shortwave measurements (except upwelling CMP11). The MUX was removed at 12:13 MST (restoring 40S and UW measurements). The MUX was replaced at 12:54 MST restoring all (8) Vertical measurements. Data Quality Statements (DQS) will be created for affected instruments. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:28 MST: At 7:51 MST today, a Diffuse WISER spectroradiometer system (Models MS711 & MS712) were installed at SRRL as part of an experiment for a few weeks. Data is labeled "SRRL MS-7XX Research". -Afshin Andreas
- 08:22 MST: At 7:40 MST today, Direct Normal collimation tubes were placed on the SRRL 2-Axis WISER spectroradiometer as part of an experiment for several days. Data Quality Statements (DQS) will be created to indicate when its in this configuration. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:19 MST: The SRRL 1-Axis WISER spectroradiometer has been removed from service at 7:33 MST today. It may not return to service for several weeks because it is being used for another experiment at SRRL. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:17 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Data Lab) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 13:00 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:41 MST: Today, the SRRL WISER 1-Axis Spectroradiometer System was calibrated against NIST FEL S/N F724. It was returned to service at 13:13 MST -Afshin Andreas
- 15:51 MST: The UO Solar Tracking MS-711 spectroradiometer has been removed from service at 14:46 MST today. It may not return to service for several weeks because it will be calibrated and then included in an experiment at NREL. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:59 MST: March 2021 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:14 MST: Today, the SRRL WISER 2-Axis Spectroradiometer System was calibrated against NIST FEL S/N F724. It was returned to service at 15:12 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:21 MST: Yesterday, the SRRL WISER Global Horizontal Spectroradiometer System was calibrated against NIST FEL S/N F724. It was returned to service at 16:21 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:58 MST: The SRRL BMS 1-axis and 2-axis trackers were put into a 40-South Fixed Tilt position yesterday @ 17:32 MST as part of an experiment. The trackers will resume normal operation by the end of the week. Data quality statements will be created for affected instrumentation. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:13 MST: There is a problem with the SolarTAC tracker since March 15. Diffuse and Direct should not be used until repaired. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:13 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (SE) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 12:00 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:30 MST: February 2021 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:33 MST: The SRRL BMS North Sci-Tec Tracker #3 died at 11:07 MST today. Fortunately, only the BMS Diffuse SPP is on this tracker. SPP will be unshaded until someone can visit the site to repair. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:29 MST: The Flatirons M2 Electric Field Monitor (EFM) failed today (it can't be repaired). It will be replaced with a new system (different make/model) in April. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:36 MST: A Lufft WS500 all-in-one weather sensor was installed at UTPA SRL yesterday. As of today, the live graphical display has been enabled for the station. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:21 MST: December 2020 and January 2021 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 08:54 MST: The Flatirons M2 Global Horizontal PSP was removed from service on February 1, in preparation for upgrade to solar tracker with 3-component irradiance. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:25 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Deck) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 16:13 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:35 MST: The Flatirons M2 tower was dropped today from 08:36 to 14:12 MST, so that the dew point sensor, temperature probes, wind speed and direction sensors could replaced. Calibration constants for new temperature and wind speed sensors were updated in logger program at 11:24 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:18 MST: Legacy meta-data for SRRL BMS (4 Temp/RH Probes only) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:48 MST: The SRRL BMS Temp/RH HMP-60 Probe (Tower) was swapped out with a calibrated sensor at 10:17 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
