UDT UV020 sensors are mounted in a 5.7o degree limiting tube with 10nm wide filters centered at 368, 500, 862, and 942nm. The turbidity at 500nm is also calculated. As of October 5, 2005, the turbidity at 368 and 862nm is also calculated.

Notes:
  • Measurements are made only during daylight hours.
  • Prior to April 16, 2004, calculated parameters and conversion to engineering units were made only when the air mass was less than 10.
  • A derived spectrum (300-4000nm, variable interval) is generated, when the AOCS parameter is less than 0.15.
  • The AOCS cleaning maintenance history since November 2004 to March 25, 2008 is also available. Note: Recent maintenance records are available using the "Maint" link associated to each instrument above.
  • Known instrument problems, since January 2005 can be found in the Data Quality Statements (DQS) database.
