Problem is most due to power glitch to NREL network infrastructure on 10/7/2012 at 6:55:15 MST which caused manufacture data collection software to produce duplicate readings until the software was manually restarted on 10/8/2012 at 7:39 MST. On 10/18/2012 the manufacture software was replaced with NREL developed software which will completely eliminate this particular problem.
