| BMS | | ASI | 09/29/2023 | 09:39:00 | 09/29/2023 | 13:48:00 | Due to an NREL-wide power outage caused by Xcel Energy, the following BMS instruments were down due to no power: 501A-UVA, TSP-700, UVSAT, UVSBT, SolarSIM-D2, CUVA2, All WISERs, CUVB2, UVB-1, 501A-UVB, MS210W, SPN1, TSI-880, PGS-100, POM-01, TWC, ASI-16. |
| BMS | | ASI | 08/06/2023 | 07:12:00 | 08/06/2023 | 12:06:00 | Due to an electrical systems failure at NREL, the following BMS instruments were down due to no power: 501A-UVA, TSP-700, UVSAT, UVSBT, SolarSIM-D2, CUVA2, All WISERs, CUVB2, UVB-1, 501A-UVB, MS210W, SPN1, TSI-880, PGS-100, POM-01, TWC, ASI-16. |
| BMS | | ASI | 11/17/2020 | 07:21:00 | 11/17/2020 | 07:45:00 | Due to a scheduled NREL/SRRL power outage, to replace a surge protection device on the SRRL building, the following BMS instruments were down: 501A-UVA, TSP-700, UVSAT, UVSBT, SolarSIM-D2, CUVA2, WISERs (Horiz;2-Axis;1-Axis), CUVB2, UVB-1, 501A-UVB, MS210W, SPN1, TSI-880, PGS-100, POM-01, TWC, ASI-16. |
| BMS | | ASI | 03/09/2019 | 08:40:00 | 03/09/2019 | 12:59:00 | Due to a scheduled NREL/SRRL power outage, to install power meters on the SRRL building, the following BMS instruments were down: 501A-UVA, TSP-700, UVSAT, UVSBT, SolarSIM-D2, CUVA2, WISERs, CUVB2, UVB-1, 501A-UVB, MS210W, SPN1, TSI-880, PGS-100, POM-01, TWC, ASI-16. |
| BMS | 16031 | ASI | 09/26/2017 | 00:00:00 | 03/19/2019 | 12:00:00 | About 10-20% of the time, the underexposed image is taken at normal exposure. The manufacture says they have a firmware upgrade that will fix. Firmware upgrade was installed on 4/20/2018 which seemed to resolve the problem at first, but it has been later reported that it is still occurring. The firmware was upgraded again on 3/19/2019 and this will hopefully resolve the problem. |
| BMS | 16031 | ASI | 09/26/2017 | 00:00:00 | 04/16/2018 | 13:40:00 | All the blue/red ratios reported in the ASI data stream are zero. Manufacture says they are not useful and can be ignored. FindClouds software was upgraded on 4/16/2018 and the numbers are now reported. |
| BMS | 16031 | ASI | 09/26/2017 | 00:00:00 | 01/29/2018 | 08:10:00 | The old "Cloudcam" unit provides a strictly linear fisheye, but the fisheye lens of the new "ASI" (CMS All Sky Imager) is distorted. The "ASI" option the the FindClouds software needs to be activated, to rectify the ASI distortion. This was enabled at 8:15 MST on 1/29/2018. Prior images do not have the option enabled.

| BMS | 16031 | ASI | 09/26/2017 | 00:00:00 | 04/16/2018 | 13:40:00 | The PC-based FindCloud software stops processing images and says "All images are computed!" and waits for the user to press a button to close the message. This problem happens out of the blue (sometimes after a day, or a week, or a month). Processed data will not appear on MIDC until the button is clicked and past images have to be reprocessed. FindClouds software was upgraded on 4/16/2018 and that particular issue seems to be resolved.

| BMS | 16031 | ASI | 09/26/2017 | 00:00:00 | | | The PC-based FindCloud software tends to ignore all images at 0:00 GMT (17:00 MST) and occasional a few other chucks of random time stamps. These images will be missing from MIDC due to this bug. |
