- 13:40 MST: November 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:11 MST: SRRL was without power from 07:21 to 07:45 MST on November 17. Data quality statements (DQS) for affected BMS instruments have been created. -Afshin Andreas
- 18:15 MST: SRRL will be without power November 17 from 7:30 to 8:30am Mountain Standard Time. During that time public MIDC will be in operation however data may not update during the entire time depending on how long UPS systems last for internal MIDC and associated internal network infrastructure. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:49 MST: The OTF MS-700 spectroradiometer was removed from service yesterday @ 10:55 MST and calibrated against an NIST FEL Lamp Standard of Spectral Irradiance. It was returned to service today @ 15:33 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:13 MST: October 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:19 MST: The solar tracker at SolarTAC failed on November 10. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:36 MST: The SRRL BMS instrument mounting locations drawing has been updated to include all changes for BMS v15. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:14 MST: All remaining legacy meta-data for SolarTAC has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:46 MST: Data from the Global Horizontal MS-700 Spectroradiometer at the University of Oregon is now available on MIDC. -Afshin Andreas
- 17:23 MST: Legacy meta-data for University of Oregon (SRML) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:00 MST: September 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:38 MST: Legacy meta-data for University of Nevada, Las Vegas has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 16:39 MST: The SRRL BMS Upwelling Quantum LI-190 sensor was calibrated today. New factor was entered in logger at 16:37 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:15 MST: Legacy meta-data for SRRL BMS (8 Vertical Radiometers only) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:15 MST: Legacy meta-data for SolarTAC (Global, Direct, and Diffuse only) was imported into the AIM database on 8/25/2020. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:50 MST: The SRRL BMS Global 90 PSP and LI-200 Sensors were replaced with sensors calibrated in BORCAL 2020-03 between approx. 9:00 and 9:16 MST today. Logger was updated with new factors at 9:07 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:36 MST: August 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:24 MST: The NI LabWindows/CVI Runtime engine was upgraded from 2010 to 2019 (used for graphical displays). As of 14:19 MST today, the SRRL BMS Display was updated to include the last time a moisture event was detected from the NovaLynx Moisture Detector that was installed at SRRL on 12/1/2017. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:58 MST: Due to the wildfire smoke in Golden, CO; the SolarSG software for the SRRL SolarSIM-D2+ has been upgraded from v3.1 to v4.3 as of as of 07:23:20 MST today. The new version corrects errors in the generated spectral curves and broadband values during the smoke period. It also includes 5 additional AOD values in the broadband data set. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:27 MST: Legacy meta-data for Humboldt State University (SoRMS) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 09:14 MST: Legacy meta-data for Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority (NELHA) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:04 MST: Legacy meta-data for University of Arizona (OASIS) has been imported into the AIM database. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:54 MST: The SRRL BMS Photos page has been updated to reflect changes in BMS v15. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:37 MST: July 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 07:42 MST: All SRRL BMS Direct Normal UV Radiometers were calibrated on 7/31/2020. New factors were entered into logger today @ 7:39 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 06:39 MST: The network infrastructure at NREL/SRRL will be upgraded on August 2 from 7:30 am - 12:00 pm MDT. During that time, data will not update for any MIDC station. Also the internal MIDC web site will be inaccessible (the public MIDC web site can still be used). -Afshin Andreas
- 14:51 MST: The following SRRL BMS Global Horizontal radiometers were calibrated on 7/10/2020: RG780 PSP, PAR PQS-1, PAR LI-190 and Photometric LI-210. Calibration factors were updated in data logger today @ 14:47 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:42 MST: April through June 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:58 MST: The SRRL BMS 1-Axis LI-200R was swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL SW 2020-04 between 14:16 to 14:50 MST today (the signal cable also had to be replaced). Logger was updated at 14:28 MST today with new factor. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:11 MST: The SRRL BMS 1-Axis CMP22 and SPLite2 were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL SW 2020-04 between 14:55 to 14:58 MST today. Logger was updated at 14:58 MST today with new factors. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:51 MST: The SolarTAC CH1 and 8-48 were swapped out with calibrated instruments between 10:57 and 12:36 MST today. Factors were updated in logger at 12:00 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:18 MST: All SRRL BMS Global Horiz/40-South UV Radiometers were calibrated on 7/10/2020. New factors were entered into logger today @ 13:11 MST (13:10 MST for 40-South). -Afshin Andreas
- 12:42 MST: The SRRL BMS Global 40-South CUV4 was removed from service between 11:11 and 12:23 MST today so that it could be calibrated (we do not have a calibration spare). -Afshin Andreas
- 13:04 MST: The SRRL BMS Pressure sensor was swapped out with a sensor calibrated by the NREL Metrology Lab at 13:00 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 15:20 MST: The SRRL BMS Diffuse CM22 #2 was swapped out on June 18 at 7:02 to 7:11 MST with an instrument calibrated in BORCAL 2020-03. Irradiance data for this instruments was automatically replaced with data from the Diffuse CM22 #1 during the time of swap. Logger program was updated with new factor on June 18 at 7:11 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 12:21 MST: All SRRL BMS Global Normal Radiometers were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL SW 2020-03 between 12:10 to 12:15 today, this includes: CMP22, SPLite2, and LI-200R. Logger was updated at 12:14 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:51 MST: The SRRL BMS Direct Normal PAR LI-190 and Direct Normal RG780 NIP were calibrated on May 22. Calibration factors were updated in data logger today @ 11:48 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:04 MST: The SRRL BMS Direct Normal PGS-100 Spectroradiometer was calibrated on May 22. Calibration File was updated in data logger today @ 13:00 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:56 MST: All SRRL BMS Global Horizontal and Direct Normal Shortwave Radiometers were calibrated in BORCAL SW 2020-02 (via signal patching), this includes: CMP22 (vent), CMP22 #1, CMP22 #2, CMP11, CM6b, CM3, SR25, MS-80, MS-802, MS-410, MS-602, SPP, PSP, GPP, SP-510, TSP-700, SP-Lite2, ML-01, LI-200R, LI-200, SP-110; CHP1 #1, CHP1 #2, sNIP, NIP, DR02, MS-57, LI-201. Logger was updated with new calibration factors (Z@45) at 13:03 MST today (13:07 MST for CFvsZ for PSP). -Afshin Andreas
- 15:47 MST: The SRRL BMS Upwelling CMP11 was swapped out with an instrument calibrated in BORCAL 2020-02 between 15:30 to 15:32 MST today. Calibration factor was updated in logger at 15:33 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:51 MST: The SRRL BMS Upwelling CM3 and Upwelling LI200 were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL 2020-02 between 13:19 to 13:21 MST today. Calibration factor was updated in logger at 13:20 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:51 MST: The following SRRL BMS 40-South instruments were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL 2020-02: CMP22, SPLite2, LI200R between approx. 10:30 and 10:40 MST today. Logger program was updated with new factors at 10:38 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:25 MST: The SRRL BMS Diffuse 8-48 (Shadowband) and Diffuse SPP were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL 2020-02 between 12:17 to 12:18 MST today. Calibration factor was updated in logger at 12:19 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:21 MST: The following SRRL BMS Diffuse instruments were swapped out with instruments calibrated in BORCAL 2020-02: CM22 #1, SR25, SPP, 8-48 between 11:37 and 11:58 MST today. Irradiance data for these 3 instruments was automatically replaced with data from the Diffuse CM22 #2 during this time frame. Logger program was updated with new factors at 11:58 MST. -Afshin Andreas
- 14:51 MST: The Flatirons M2 Global PSP was swapped out with a calibrated radiometer at 12:08 MST today. Calibration factor was updated in logger program at 12:37 MST today. -Afshin Andreas
- 13:44 MST: January through March 2020 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 10:31 MST: The new SRRL BMS Global 40-South SP-Lite2 was installed @ 10:30 MST today (part of v15 upgrade mentioned on March 31). -Afshin Andreas
- 14:46 MST: The SRRL BMS Global 40-South LI-200 was replaced with a LI-200R @ 14:33 MST today (part of v15 upgrade mentioned on March 31). -Afshin Andreas
- 10:19 MST: The SRRL EKO ASI-16 Camera has been having problems since April 1. Real Time images and/or historical images/data may update sporadically or not at all -Afshin Andreas
- 10:30 MST: Changes for BMS v15 that occurred on March 27, include:
- Add fourth BMS data logger (CR3000) located at south patio to accommodate new 2-axis (Global Normal) and 1-axis EKO tracker measurement locations
- Move Global Normal CMP22 and LI-200R from LI-2020 tracker on radiometer tower to 2-axis EKO tracker
- Add new Global Normal SPLite2 on 2-axis EKO tracker
- Add new 1-axis CMP22, SpLite2, and LI-200R on 1-axis EKO tracker
- Add new Diffuse SPP (ventilated)
- Replace Global 40-South CMP11 with CMP22
- Replace Global 40-South LI-200 with LI-200R (will be replaced in April)
- Add new Global 40-South SPLite2 (will be installed in April)
- Add fourth BMS data logger (CR3000) located at south patio to accommodate new 2-axis (Global Normal) and 1-axis EKO tracker measurement locations
- 16:05 MST: SRRL BMS was upgraded to v15 at 10:55 MST today, this required a data format change since 1-Jan-2020. Further details regarding upgrade will be provided next week.

- 15:24 MST: December 2019 Monthly Data Sets & Reports/Plots for SRRL BMS have been generated. -Afshin Andreas
- 11:00 MST: A new 2-axis (global normal) WISER Spectroradiometer System (MS-711/712) was installed at SRRL today @ 9:23 MST. The solar tracker is located 10-15 ft south of the 1-axis tracker (for the 1-axis WISER). -Afshin Andreas
